PASTS International is a global non-profit organization dedicated to addressing critical societal issues and raising social awareness in educational institutions and through mass media. Since our founding in 2024, we have been unwavering in our commitment to improving the quality of education and promoting a more compassionate understanding of trauma, abuse, and cultural dynamics. We believe that through education, awareness, and proactive engagement, we can build a safer, more informed society where trauma survivors feel supported and protected.

Our Mission

Our mission is to empower communities by advocating for the importance of trauma-informed education, cultural sensitivity, and protection of children in learning environments. We aim to make a lasting impact on how these issues are perceived and addressed, particularly within schools, universities, and media platforms. By providing resources, curriculum proposals, and expert guidance, we strive to ensure that every child, adolescent, and adult is equipped with the knowledge to navigate complex social and cultural realities.

Areas of Focus

Sexual Education: We champion comprehensive sexual education programs that go beyond basic biology to include consent, respectful relationships, and body autonomy. Our aim is to equip individuals with the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions about their sexual health and well-being.

Society and Culture: We provide a nuanced understanding of societal norms, cultural dynamics, and the role media plays in shaping our worldview. By exploring these topics, we promote critical thinking and encourage respectful discourse within educational environments.

Navigating Trauma: Trauma, whether stemming from personal experience or collective events, affects individuals deeply. We work to create a trauma-sensitive culture in schools and communities, ensuring that survivors are supported through education.

Education About Abuse: PASTS International focuses on educating students, teachers, parents and communities about the different forms of abuse—physical, emotional, psychological, and sexual; while providing the tools needed to recognize and address them. We aim to create safer spaces where individuals are empowered to speak out and seek help.

Protection of Children: Children are among society's most vulnerable. We work tirelessly to safeguard their rights, particularly within schools and institutions. Through policy advocacy and education, we promote environments where children are safe, supported, and nurtured.

Our Approach

• Proposing Curriculums: Our team of experts collaborates with educators and policymakers to develop trauma-informed curricula focused on sexual education, societal awareness, and child protection. We advocate for these curriculums to be adopted within schools and universities globally.
• Organizing Events: We organize various impactful events, such as TED Talks, lectures, and workshops, where thought leaders, trauma survivors, and subject matter experts can share their knowledge and experiences. These events help raise awareness and create dialogue around our core focus areas.
